Shipping Policy – Luxgari

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Saturdays will be processed the following Monday.

  • While our team aims to ship most orders within 24–48 hours, during high-demand periods processing may take up to 5 business days.


2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard delivery time: 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and carrier availability.

  • Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

  • Please note: Luxgari is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen events (such as strikes, natural disasters, or holidays).


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.


4. Shipping Issues

If you experience issues such as:

  • Missing or incorrect items

  • Damaged packages upon delivery

You must contact us at contact@luxgari.com within 72 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. Luxgari is not liable for these charges.
