Return & Refund Policy – Luxgari

1. Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

Original packaging and tags must be intact.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

4. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the original item and, once accepted, place a new order separately.
5. European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
The item must meet the same return conditions as described above.
6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
